1. PAYMENT
Internet banking - scan and email your completed form to tradeplateMR1T@licensys.com. Once your details have been confirmed LicenSys will contact you with the account details for you to process your payment.

2. RETURN OF TRADE PLATES
After 31 December each year existing trade plates for previous years must be returned to Licensys in the post paid package you receive the new plates in.
3. VEHICLE CERTIFICATION
Your vehicle should still have a current warrant of fitness (WoF) or certificate of fitness (CoF) when using trade plates.

4. ATTACHING YOUR TRADE PLATE
The plate must be displayed on the rear of the motor vehicle in an upright position so every letter, figure and distinguishing mark on the plate is easily visible.
5. OCCUPATION/BUSINESS
Section 4 of the Land Transport (Trade Plates) Notice 2011 allows certain persons or organisations to use trade plates.
Trade plates are issued to you for your business use and should not be used by another person for their business or personal use. Entitlement to a trade plate cannot be transferred.
